About The Role
The Area Manager of Western Washington for Weldon Barber is responsible for leading and driving the performance of 6 shops in Western Washington which include Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Mill Creek. Responsibilities include providing daily oversight and direction for assigned shops, ensuring operational efficiency and success, as well as owning all operations driving regional performance.
The successful candidate for this position will bring passion and commitment to the task of providing luxury customer service, and successful operations and business management. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, experienced manager, and collaborative team player. This candidate will be an excellent communicator, possessing diplomacy, tact, excellent listening skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, a commitment to establishing an environment of open, honest communication and rational decision-making as well as the ability to negotiate with all levels of staff to accomplish the mission and goals of Weldon Barber.
The detailed nature of this job description is meant to provide a comprehensive view of the scope of this position. Experience in all facets described in the Position Responsibilities is not required, and training and coaching will be provided.

This position requires frequent travel, more than 90% within the designated region. A personal vehicle and/or the ability to quickly travel between locations daily and weekly is required.
Compensation
The Area Manager of Western Washington is a full-time, salaried position. Compensation ranges from $70k - $90k. It should be noted that it is unusual to hire at the top of the pay range. Pay is based on several factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education qualifications, professional certifications, and experience level. This position has annual bonus potential based on performance.
