Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and OWN all lead database and follow up.
• Set appointments for real estate agents
• Create and maintain company social media presence internally and externally.
• Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
• Maintains the team’s inventory and courier process
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Become familiar with PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ operations experience
• Able to provide multiple examples of social media/marketing
• Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
• Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
• Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership
• Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
• Experience with Google Apps for Business
