Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations.
- Serve as an intermediary between your buyer and seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction.
- Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
- Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career.
Qualifications:
- Be a strong communicator
- Represent your clients’ needs and desires to the best of your ability
- Knowledgeable in the local real estate market and general trends
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
- Willing to work evenings and weekends, as needed for your clients

Pay: $90,216.00 - $104,522.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
