Weitzman is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Denton, TX

Located in Denton, Texas, Golden Triangle Mall is a 765,000 square-foot enclosed shopping center featuring more than 90 national retailers, specialty shops and restaurants. Golden Triangle Mall is managed by Weitzman, a leader in commercial management and development services. Weitzman has an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator at Golden Triangle Mall with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the SVP of Asset Management, General Manager, and Director of Business Development.
  • Greet vendors, maintain sign-in sheets, and distribute/retrieve keys to vendors for mall access as needed.
  • As instructed by the General Manager, communicate with tenants, respond to service calls, create work orders, and follow up with vendors.
  • Maintain a schedule of events and assist with marketing, coordinating, and attending events and activities held at the mall.
  • Process monthly tenant statements and code and scan receivables.
  • Produce service contracts and license agreements.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and calendar management.
  • Initiate sales calls and collect and input tenant sales information.
  • Answer phones, maintain tenant files and contact lists, process invoices, order office supplies, and sort and distribute mail.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality of work and professional demeanor.
  • Flexible regarding changing priorities.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for community/mall events.
