Summary

As an SAP Support Analyst, You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP ERP echo system. Your primary responsibility is to provide front-line support to end-users, addressing their SAP-related issues and inquiries. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of SAP applications, and excellent customer service abilities. This role supports all the typical activities in Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk, incident, problem, service request, service level management in SAP S/4 Hana platform.

Essential Functions

  • End-User Support
    • Respond to user-reported issues and inquiries related to SAP applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP system problems and configuration issues.
    • Assist end-users with routine tasks such as user administration, access permissions, and basic functionalities in SAP SD, MM, FICO Area.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Document support tickets, including the description of the issue, steps taken to resolve it, and any additional information.
    • Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions for future reference.
  • Communication
    • Provide clear and effective communication to end-users, explaining solutions and workarounds in a user-friendly manner.
    • Collaborate with Level 3 and Level 4 support teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • User Training
    • Full support of the users within all the sites of Weisiger Group. Identify and understand end users' technical SAP requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and provide on-going support.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for SAP end-users to enhance their understanding and effective usage of the system.
  • Incident Escalation
    • Escalate issues to the SAP Level 3 and Level 4 support team when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of complex problems.
  • System Monitoring
    • Monitor system alerts and performance indicators to identify potential issues and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Adherence to Procedures - Follow established support procedures and best practices for SAP support.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Required Experience:

  • Min 5 years of experience in Supporting SAP Application at Level 1 and Level 2.
  • Proven experience with SAP applications and systems, with 2 years of hands on experience in an SAP ECC or S/4 HANA environment in SAP SD, MM and FICO area
  • Proven experience in handling end user support in SAP Order to Cash - SAP quotation, contracts, sales order processing, Delivery, picking/shipping, Billing and Account receivables
  • Proven experience in handling end user support in SAP Procure to Pay area - SAP Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Order Processing, Goods Receiving, Vendor Invoicing and Account Payables
  • Proven experience in handling end user support in SAP Finance Area - General Ledger, AP, AR, Accounting
  • Proven Experience in investigation and resolution of problems on a day-to-day basis on SAP platform and the ability to document potential/recurring issues conduct root cause analysis to eliminate redundancies.
  • Expertise in handling day-today support issues, queue monitoring and assignment of tickets etc. Should have worked on Multiple Systems in SAP Landscape
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, ManageEngine, Service Desk plus).
  • Solid Analytical, Communication, Planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.

Preferred Experience:

  • S/4 HANA Experience: Hands-on Experience in SAP SD, MM, FICO, Fiori Apps is a Big Plus
  • Experience with SalesForce integrations and Support
  • Experience with Vertex and integrations with SAP is a plus
  • Experience with Heavy Equipment industry: "Industrial Machinery and Components" is a plus
