Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid schedule after training)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
The Opportunity:
Based in the Charlotte office, the primary function of this role is to provide analytics support for provider operations.
Responsibilities would include:

• Run pre-built physician operational reports for the purpose of work hours analysis, manpower planning, and staffing capacity projections.
• Investigate and resolve non-standard values on key workflow data.
• Partner with colleagues across US Radiology Specialists.
• Fulfill requests and support needs of physician operations committees.
• Drive data quality through proactive process improvement.
• Present and translate complex data, verbally and visually, to provide insights to business leaders.
• Maintenance of workflow documents, when applicable.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions as needed.
• Learn basic understanding of scheduling platform Qgenda.

What We Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, Business Analytics, a similarly quantitative field, or equivalent work experience (3 years).
• Fundamental SQL coding experience required, to query data for use in reports or dashboards.
• Data visualization software experience required (Tableau preferred).
• Effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical users at all levels of the business.
• Thorough work in gathering requirements for planning dashboards or fulfilling requests.
• Interest in working alongside and partnering with physicians in key operational initiatives.
• Able to consume data and present insights to large groups.
• Experience defining and developing tracked KPIs.
• High learning agility to understand complex data sources and sharpen technical skills.
• Strong desire for problem-solving.
• Awareness to maintain data security and confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail when developing or performing QC.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (including PivotTables).
• Basic data analysis skills to calculate and drive efficiencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be a team player with enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude.
