```Duties```
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and property
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, such as thefts, accidents, or medical emergencies
- Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry or exit
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Strong surveillance skills and the ability to effectively monitor CCTV systems
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
