Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in accordance with health regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as slicers and grills, safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality
- Practice proper time management to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
