About the role

As an assistant manager for Weee! you will oversee and ensure success with our daily outbound warehouse operations while supervising the staff in our

location.

Responsibilities :

• Continual training and supervision of supervisors and leads on safety and operational procedures
• Calculate and determine daily labor needs
• Track performances and implement corrective measures in place of low performance
• Calculating and tracking labor costs, revenue, and CPU
• Set and maintain productivity standards in picking, sorting, and packing
• Manage supplies and equipment inventories and maintenance
• Implementing and maintaining 5S principles and practices : maintain facilitys neatness, cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Troubleshooting issues and cross-functionally communicating to other departments
• Managing and ensuring daily operational excellence
• Assist in interview and hiring, recruiting, training, and terminating activities.
• Generate operational reports for management weekly
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements
• Create and update SOPs as needed based on operational change
• Promptly address operational issues (overtime, high labor costs, low performance, etc.) and provide timely solution

Qualifications :

• 3 years of warehouse / retail experience preferred
• Bilingual in Chinese and English a huge plus
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are a must
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
