When will you work?

  • This is a full time position working a hybrid schedule in our Swedesboro, NJ office.


What you’ll do:

  • Use of OpCenter software to develop and communicate Master Production Schedules (MPS) that cover the rough cut planning horizon for designated compounding labs. The MPS must represent SKU Level and Critical Resource Level production requirements.
  • Develop and communicate production plans to respective compounding labs on a scheduled basis.
  • Leads weekly meeting with compounding labs to review and align to current production plans.
  • Review Daily Planning Alerts that check adverse planning conditions, and lead the effort for diagnosing and solving these issues.
  • Responsible for adherence to Procedures for defined planning processes. Proactively identify updates that would improve the effectiveness or efficiency of any procedure.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to proactively research and resolve any Materials Requirements issues impacting the MPS.
  • Review and validate capacity assumptions including shutdowns, route updates, rate changes, etc., with Pharmacy Operations Managers on a scheduled basis.
  • Review and report monthly projected inventory non-shippable quantities by SKU. Research root causes of highest quantity expiration amounts. Compensate for projected loss of supply in production planning activities.
  • Contribute feedback in Monthly Demand Review meetings with Demand Planner.


Who you are:

  • You have an interest in supply chain planning processes and systems
  • You have strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Consider yourself highly skilled in Excel
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts while improving existing methods and procedures
  • Certified in APICS/ASCM


What you’ve done:

  • Obtained a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Logistics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Obtained 2-4 years’ experience in demand management, planning, operations, or scheduling
