Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and manage customer interactions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
