With over 250 industrial sewing machines (single needle, double needle, box "X", bar tackers and programmables) and several radio frequency, hot wedge and hot fabric welders, we're prepared to manufacture to established product configuration. If a fabric can be cut, sewn, glued, snapped, buttoned, buckled, cinched, clipped, riveted, welded or otherwise bonded, we can fashion it into a product to fit your specifications.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for the inspection of all outgoing textile products. This person will possess a trained eye for detail and will provide support to the assigned production team to ensure that the products are built in accordance with customer and quality requirements while maintaining production flow.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
● Examine material goods and products on the production line and either approve or reject items based on engineering requirements
● Perform and approve First Part Inspection and approve In-Process Inspection and Final Inspection
● Conduct visual and measurement tests
● Advise & communicate required adjustments or corrective action to the Production Leads/ Supervisors and Directors
● Document inspection results by completing reports and logs per company procedures
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
● All other activities and duties will be assigned by the supervisor
REQUIRED SKILL SETS
● Minimum 1 year of previous quality inspection or quality assurance experience
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints
● Ability to read a tape measure and calipers
● Clear communication skills with both colleagues and supervisors
● Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
● Ability to manage and resolve conflict
● Ability to lift 25 pound boxes of parts
● Able to work on-site in Haysville, KS
● High School Diploma
PREFERRED SKILL SETS
● Bi-lingual English / Spanish or English / Vietnamese
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The compensation range for this role is $17 to $19/hour plus benefits.
