Webster University is Hiring a Graphic Designer Near St. Louis, MO

The Graphic Designer works with internal departmental clients to design and produce printed and digitalvisual communication materials for Webster. This position is responsible for the concept development,design, and print production of creative projects such as advertisements, fliers, brochures, social mediagraphics, signage, and special event materials. Works with outside printers and vendors to ensure that allprojects are produced correctly and within budget. The Graphic Designer is also responsible formaintaining Webster's visual brand standards across all media. Must be proficient with applications inthe Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Web design skills a plus. Should be able tocollaborate with multiple teams to plan, strategize and execute assigned projects. Must have strongwritten and verbal communications skills, in addition to research, problem-solving and presentationskills.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT Functional/Technical Skills* Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients. Ability to exercise critical human relations skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relations both with University colleagues and outside vendors. Command of Adobe design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Macintosh platform.Minimum of four years of experience in graphic design field.
