Description
The Assistant to the Chancellor and Campaign Operations Director will be a strategic thinker with a bias for action and an outstanding project planner who will coordinate the comprehensive campaign for Webster University. This full-time professional will collaborate with members of the Advancement Team, Global Marketing and Communications, the Board of Trustees Office, the Special Events Office, and many others to shape and assure effective implementation of the active phase of Webster's campaign. This individual will team with others to plan and execute campaign events, coordinate campaign updates and communications, and inform and engage volunteers.

Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrate committed, professional leadership, articulate passion for Webster's mission, and exemplifies a collaborative, decisive, motivating and engaging communication style.
Excellent managerial skills including at least 2 years of previous experience successfully leading and managing staff.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment.
Working knowledge of advancement best practices, trends in development, fundraising tools and technology, e-mail and online campaigns, and donor research.
Extreme discretion, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
Deep appreciation and understanding of Webster's mission and the ability to articulate its values and vision internally and externally.
Ability to innovate, think strategically and conceptually, and manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously
Authentic relationship building who can manage diverse stakeholders and can inspire enthusiasm and a desire to support
Proven ability to motivate and direct fundraising committee members; comfortable providing direction and support to the Chancellor and other staff soliciting donors
A record of success in analyzing data to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward large capacity donors, including the closing of major gifts and legacy gifts.
Proven track record of fundraising success, particularly by securing major gifts, successfully managing campaigns, and engaging a community of motivated supporters.
Minimum of 5-7 years of increasing responsibility in non-profit fundraising.
