WebNX, Inc. is Hiring a Help Desk Support Near Ogden, UT

Overview:

We are looking for a Helpdesk Support who will dispatch customer tickets / inquiries to our Tech team. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and has excellent attention to detail skills. This position is fully onsite at our Ogden, UT headquarters.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Dispatch/assign customer support tickets to the Tech team.
  • Ability to learn remote troubleshooting and understanding of the tickets / issues to perform the initial troubleshooting and appropriately dispatch tickets to the team.
  • Monitor customer support tickets and their processing time and follows up with the Operations Manager/ VP of Operations on any discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain effective customer relationships, with customer satisfaction as the goal. Answering customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on customers’ invoices, overdue invoices. Send out payment reminders to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years excellent customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, computer networking, and IT infrastructure preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge and skills.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
