Job Title: Greeter
Duties:
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist guests with their inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate table or individual.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Collaborate with other hosting staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
