Webb Chemical Service Corporation is Hiring a Warehouse Operator 2nd Shift MONDAY - FRIDAY Near Muskegon, MI
The Warehouse Operator (WO) works in a warehouse setting focusing on safety, staging containers for delivery, operating a forklift. They must operate with all chemicals utilizing Webb’s safety protocols, Work Instructions, PPE and adhere to safety standards for each and every work zone. This is an effort to outline the responsibilities of the position to include, but not limited to, all the following and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Starting at $18.00 an hour $1.00 shift premium = $19.00 per hour starting wage.

- Driving Capability
- Using Inventory Management System
- Barcoding
- Picking, Staging, and Loading Freight Boxes
- Shipping/receiving and all other assigned duties
- Updating and following procedures
- Audits
- Following, improving, and updating work instructions
- Reporting and having an active role in the continual improvement process
- Truck Scales
- Operating forklift to load/unload trucks
- Proper use of safety equipment and safety showers
- Following, improving, and updating work instructions
- Reporting and being an active part of the continual improvement process
- Ability to perform audits in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and professional work environment
- Facilities housekeeping for Warehouses 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 10
- Following safety procedures and adhering to all Webb PPE requirements
- Check in with Supervisor/Lead before punching out daily for any final assignments
- Special Projects and other duties as assigned

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Forklift Operator experience
- Self-Motivated
- Good housekeeping habits
- Handle and adjust to change in a positive manner
- Great communicator – ability to work on a team or individually
- Ability to recognize potential hazards and correct them
- Positive Mental Attitude (PMA)
- Live and lead Webb’s Vision Map through PMA, GRACE, and The Platinum Rule
- Strong team player and leader with ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines

WORK SCHEDULE
- 40 hours/week, OT as needed
- Monday-Friday, weekend work as needed
- 1st shift: 6:00am-2:00pm
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm
- Lunch: as planned/scheduled per day
- Regular and consistent attendance
- After Hours – as scheduled
