Our Roof & Components (RC) business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks :

• Performing checks and inspection of parts, components, sub-assemblies and / or final products according to the provided work instructions, if necessary, in collaboration with production teams
• Organizing and performing internal sorting activities of supplied components, finished goods, sub-assemblies and / or finished goods
• Escalation of potential and actual non-conformities and deviations in accordance with the defined escalation process
• Separation of suspect and actual n-ok parts / scrap and initiation of containment / corrective actions and internal complaint process
• Support root cause, warranty analyses and problem-solving activities

• Applicants must reside in Toledo, OH, or its surrounding areas in order to commute to the plant on a daily basis
• Candidates must be capable of standing and working on their feet for the duration of the workday
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office applications on mobile device and stationary devices
• Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail
• Must be able to work required hours
• Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be cross trained on various processes, machines and products
