Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Supervisor at Webasto Americas in Plymouth, MI. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality control processes, analyzing data, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, and ensuring product quality through compliance with established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all activities of quality inspection
• Appropriate distribution of tasks among the available workforce of Inspectors based on the production plan
• Identification and implementation of improvements and procedure updates related to the quality inspection processes
• Issuing reports and all information related to inspection issues
• Information of team about daily targets, any current issues and quality alerts
• Performing effective hand-overs from one shift to the next

Qualifications

• Strong background in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
• Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues
• Knowledge of product quality standards and regulations
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
