Bilingual Construction Manager (English/Spanish) - Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Construction Manager (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and construction management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and further their career in the real estate industry while contributing to our mission of community development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new home builds and renovation activities, including site visits, project management, contractor relations, quality control, bids and estimates, design work, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and tenants in both English and Spanish.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the company's mission of social impact and community development.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• At lease 2 years of construction management experience including home-building and renovations required
• Experience with development a major plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
