Summary/Objective

Responsible for providing janitorial services at Mobile sites.

Major Work Duties

Essential Job Functions

• Using approved chemicals, clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash bins
• Sweep and mop
• Dust and vacuum
• Wash windows
• Remove debris (indoors and outdoors)
• Sweep walkways
• Assist with snow removal
• Must follow all OSHA safety regulations

• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
• Must follow all OSHA safety regulations
• Must possess a positive customer service attitude and image
• Must have no more than 4 points on your driver's license as you will be tansporting clients to and from the worksite.

Work Environment

May be required to perform (grounds maintenance) duties in all kinds of weather

Physical Demands

• Must be able to work with your hands, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs., carry 30 lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Day Shift (5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. approximately)

Required Education and Experience

Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
