The Role: The Data and Research Analyst is a member of the Philanthropy Team and will work closely with the Director of Philanthropy & Communications and Philanthropy Coordinator to support and enhance the Philanthropy Department’s efforts. This includes generating, maintaining, and monitoring data; analyzing and reporting on data; and performing research. 

The ideal candidate will love working with business intelligence tools, hold the ability and interest in modeling multidimensional datasets,and will partner with the Director to answer key business questions through data and research. They will also possess data analysis skills, adaptability, problem solving skills, excellence in communication, and proficiency at learning new databases. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and understands that the infrastructure of data, systems, and processes is one key to maintaining excellent relationships with WEAVE supporters. 

Compensation:The starting pay range for this position is $24.46 to $27.89/hr. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5PM, with some evenings and weekends as needed.
