Weathervane Seafood Restaurants is hiring for Hourly Managers and Shift Supervisors!

Weathervane Restaurants are located throughout New Hampshire and in Kittery, Maine. For the last 50 years we have been known for providing our guests great tasting food and drink with prompt and friendly service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the effective operation of the restaurant and the administration of all company policies and procedures within the guidelines of Weathervane Seafoods
• Participate in the supervision and training of all team members
• Ensures that policies and procedures in regards to cost control are being followed
• Ensures food safety and restaurant sanitation
• Exhibit teamwork, excitement and enthusiasm each and every day.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
• Strong time management and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
