Job Description:
As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. Your duties will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
• Handling policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Processing policy changes and updates accurately and promptly
• Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Collaborating with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and bind coverage
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverage options
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems
