Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Technician at WeatherGard. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and conducting repairs. This role requires strong skills in industrial maintenance and general maintenance and repair tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Strong background in maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
- Prior experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
