POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a PT Sales Associate at LIVELY, you will be focused on providing an exceptional customer experience. You will help ensure the store achieves customer service and financial goals and will embody the LIVELY community ethos.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide warm, energetic, elevated and empathic service to everyone who enters the store.

* Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge.

* Contribute in meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through action and productivity

* Embody the LIVELY community ethos and communicate it to fellow team members and customers.

* Share your fit and product expertise with customers and peers alike.

* Creating customer awareness of programs available to them

* Setting personal goals and tracking individual and team performance to the goals

* Preparing for each shift by maintaining awareness of all promotions and applicable ringing procedures

* Taking initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell

* Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising brand standards

* Assisting in housekeeping of sales floor and communicating maintenance issues

* Understanding and demonstrating Company values

REQUIREMENTS:

* Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customers expectations

* Experience working in retail (preferred)
