- Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting on various equipment and systems.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in electrical systems, including working with electrical components and logic controllers.
- Basic supervisory skills to oversee contractors and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
