Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties: - Supervise and manage all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams - Ensure efficient and smooth operation of all hotel departments - Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to exceed guest expectations - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new guests - Oversee the night audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies - Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel management Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Experience in revenue management to optimize profitability - Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services - Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with international guests - Strong leadership skills to effectively manage staff and drive performance - Proficiency in night audit procedures for accurate financial reporting We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
