Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Inspecting and repairing various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment.
- Assisting with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures.
- Repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, and handling leaks in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Repairing electrical and mechanical equipment such as fans and air conditioners.
- Performing general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
