Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Requirements: - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Proficiency in electrical and mechanical knowledge - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers - Strong problem-solving abilities We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
