We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in both residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Residential/Commercial Cleaner will play a crucial role in creating a safe and inviting environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning Tasks:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
Surface and Appliance Cleaning:
- Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, countertops, and appliances.
- Clean and polish mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures.
Floor Maintenance:
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors as required.
- Address spills and stains promptly.
Organization:
- Ensure a neat and orderly appearance of all cleaned areas.
Client Interaction:
- Interact professionally with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
Adherence to Safety Protocols:
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
Time Management:
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Reporting:
- Report any issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Take after photos for every job and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
