Express is recruiting for a Cleaner Associate for a Property Managment company located in Buffalo, Ny. This company is a leader in affordable housing development & has been in business for over 20 years.

1st Shift: Monday- Friday you can between (7a-3:30p or 8a-4:30p)

Payrate: $18.00-22.00/hr BOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent cleanliness of common area including hallways, stairways, community rooms and bathrooms.
• Responsible for trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down areas.
• Documents daily janitorial activity including problems encountered and work completed.
• Maintains an adequate inventory of property supplies & equipment.
• Assists team in performing, monitoring, inspecting and conducting evaluations in order to prepare apartments for move for future tenants.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding cleaning experience
• General related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC & building systems preferred.
• Must Poses mechanical aptitude
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License & New York State Motor vehicle insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk, move & transport up to 100lbs.
