**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and caring Family Assistant to provide attentive childcare for our children and to manage household tasks. Tasks include cleaning, organizing, feeding and changing baby. The ideal candidate will have experience in preschool, nannying, or caregiving and possess the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children of various ages.

**Duties:**

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play

- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children

- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children

- Follow parents' instructions regarding daily routines and any specific needs of the children

- Provide basic first aid as needed

- Supervise homework and assist with educational activities

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in childcare, daycare, or babysitting

- Proficiency in meal preparation for children of different ages

- Knowledge of infant care practices

- Ability to cook nutritious meals for children

- Certification in first aid is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Nannying: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Brooklyn, NY 11223 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Brooklyn, NY 11223: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
