Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, self-directed Sales Merchandiser who will be responsible for implementing company-approved merchandising / point of display programs and plan-o-grams at Home Depot stores.
The emphasis of this role is selling incremental displays, assessing POS data to identify sales opportunities within regional stores, presenting to store management on insights, securing additional off-shelf display locations, maximizing shelf space, correcting out of stocks, replacing missing product tags, and general merchandising.

Responsibilities
Sell and merchandise all authorized WD-40 Company products by securing incremental off-shelf displays, correcting out of stocks, replacing missing product tags, removing and repairing damaged items, and maximizing in-aisle shelf space.
Ensure that distribution and department plan-o-grams at all assigned customers are maintained and enhanced to meet EBITDA goals.
Utilize all available display vehicles such as stack displays, end caps, shelf strips, and clip strips to assist in attaining customer sales and profit goals.
Assemble fixtures and in-store displays. Provide up-to-date information on any new competitive activity / information identified in store.
Provide product education and support to promotional events when needed.
Qualifications
Drive up to 100 miles per day. Willingness and ability to be exposed to changes in temperature and humidity, including indoor / outdoor working conditions.
