Job Position: Delivery Driver (Full Time Position)
We are looking for a reliable delivery driver for our vape shops who is committed to customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe and timely manner.
Position Overview:
- The delivery driver will pick up and drop off items based on the day and time of the online order.
- You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the right customer.
- To succeed as a delivery driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our customers with an excellent experience.
- If needed, the delivery driver should also be willing to help out the stores in a sales associate capacity
- This position is a 5 day work week, hours will be 1pm to 9pm
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers at their homes or business.
- Taking inventory transfers from our distribution center to all of our stores.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Relieving the store employees at certain stores, in order to allow them to make bank deposits, get food, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Virginia Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
