Are you a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Medical Assistant seeking a dynamic opportunity to positively impact children's healthcare? Look no further! We are a bustling pediatric clinic with five locations in the West Metro area. We are committed to delivering exceptional care and creating a positive experience for our young patients and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pediatric medical assisting duties, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, and assisting physicians during examinations.
  • Perform laboratory tasks, ensuring accurate specimen collection, processing, and documentation.
  • Utilize phlebotomy skills for blood draws and specimen collection from pediatric patients.
  • Limited Scope X-ray Operator is preferred; the ability to perform basic X-ray procedures is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to other clinic locations as needed.
  • Availability for evening and weekend hours to accommodate patient needs.

Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or GED.
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, LPN, or current Medical Assistant certification (AAMA or AMT). Similar qualifications may be considered.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and laboratory procedures with the pediatric population.
  • Limited Scope X-ray Operator license or certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule:

  • Typically, four days a week, with one evening shift (until 7:00 pm).
  • Every other weekend, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday (Minnetonka) or Sunday (Chaska).
