The Member Engagement Specialist will report to the Member Engagement Manager and will be tasked with initial engagement and enrollment of eligible health plan members in treatment facilities to educate them on Wayspring’s service offerings, as well as ongoing engagement with the Member throughout the program. The ideal candidate will be a highly personable professional with excellent communication skills, and have experience in peer recovery, behavioral health, or a substance use disorder setting. This individual will work to support a specific market that Wayspring offers services in. This position requires regular daytime travel to facilities throughout the state of Delaware. Mileage reimbursement included!
