Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
- Proficiency in using POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle guest relations in a professional and courteous manner
- Phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
- Basic knowledge of food service procedures and restaurant operations
- Willingness to help others and contribute to a positive team environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
