Waynes Pest Control is Hiring a Sales Professional Near Tuscaloosa, AL

Waynes is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Waynes Pest Control services to both commercial and residential customers. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in pest control, we want to hear from you!

Pay Structure:

  • Salary Commission
  • Typical earning potential of $65k , with top earners making $100k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify pest control needs.
  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with both commercial and residential clients.
  • Present and explain pest control solutions tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills, friendliness, and ability to build rapport required.
  • Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
  •  Ability to conduct on-site inspections and accurately assess pest control needs.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license.
