Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team at the Children's House level. As a Montessori Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and enriching environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Montessori method and philosophy in the classroom, fostering independence, creativity, and a love for learning among children ages 2.5 to 6 years old.
• Prepare and maintain a stimulating and well-organized classroom environment conducive to children's holistic development.
• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities across various Montessori curriculum areas, including practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, and cultural studies.
• Observe and assess children's progress, interests, and needs, and use this information to individualize instruction and support each child's unique learning journey.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and communicate effectively and respectfully with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to uphold the school's values, policies, and standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field
• Montessori certification in Early Childhood (3-6year olds) or willingness to obtain certification within 1 year
• Previous experience working as a Montessori Teacher in a Children's House environment is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of child development principles and the Montessori philosophy.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
