Compensation :
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary :
The Program Assistant performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties in direct support of the office.
- Work collaboratively with any service delivery staff and all inter and intra-agency personnel to ensure the exchange of needed information relevant to contractual compliance, areas of audit risk, the completion of required billing and documentation, and the offering of staff support and training.
- Attend and participate in all regularly scheduled department and agency staff meetings and training.
- Able to establish and maintain appropriate rapport, boundaries, and systems of support with any inter and intra-agency staff, supervisors, representatives, and administrators.
- Demonstrate an ability / fitness / competency to work professionally and independently with limited supervision, as well as an ability to exercise professional discretion and independent judgment based on training, education, experience, and personal creativity.
- Work collaboratively with any inter and intra-agency personnel in a manner that is culturally competent and adheres to the philosophy, mission, and vision of Wayfinder.
Understand and uphold best practices and trauma-informed services too to meet the needs of abused, neglected, and struggling children / families, and inspire the qualities necessary for children and families to succeed.
- Provide direct service to clients as needed.
