Wauwatosa School of Music is Hiring a Private Piano Teacher Near Wauwatosa, WI
The Wauwatosa School of Music is currently seeking candidates with a music degree (or working towards completion of) to join our growing teaching staff to teach private piano lessons. Immediate subbing opportunities are available, in addition to long term teaching positions. Must be comfortable working with children and pass a preliminary background check. Our students perform in regularly scheduled "Rock Concerts" throughout the year, so teachers should be comfortable teaching rock, pop, hip hop, etc. songs, in addition to a more classical repertoire. We are looking for teachers with afternoon and evening availability (approximately 3 - 8 pm) 1 - 3 days a week, Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays.
Teachers are paid as independent contractors ($15/half hour lesson). The school handles all scheduling of students and administrative duties.
