Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Operations Technician to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the quote entry, job write-up and filing of completed orders and assisting the SOT Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Process requests for quotes and purchase orders.
• Assist with job write-up as required.
• Liaison for processing customer’s needs by communicating with customer and Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Work closely with Estimating team and CRM Administrator to compile accurate data for customer needs.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Sales Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the sales administration process.
• Respond to customer inquiries (calls and emails) professionally and efficiently and verify, qualify, and enter the information provided into the CRM (Hubspot).
• Work with new and existing accounts, build rapport, and provide light technical product information and explanations (as needed to support Inside Sales).
• Manage internal communication on NDA’s and other contracts.
• Act as the communication link with the production unit for all questions related to sales administration (orders, prices, conditions, deliveries, etc.). Monitor the application of divisional tools and procedures.
• Support quoting process. Monitor and follow up on customer requests (particularly C-level accounts) and opportunity/quote due dates (as needed to support Inside Sales).
• Review orders with the sales team for order processing and communicate the expected delivery date. Maintain communication with the sales team, sales manager, and customers concerning delivery schedules.
• Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are followed.
• Act as a liaison to the Marketing department to ensure brand consistency and increase sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Sales and Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Suite software.
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical product requirements.
