Waukegan Community Unit District 60 is Hiring a Professional Growth Collaborative Facilitator 3 positions Near Waukegan, IL
- Must plan, conduct, and facilitate all required site meetings, 5 @ 1 hour each;
- Prepare and submit meeting dates, times, location and agendas to the OTA Office no later than one week prior to said meeting;
- Assist assigned PGC participants in proceeding with their individual growth collaborative;
- Deliver original sign-in sheets, with all participants signatures to the OTA Office within three days of the meeting;
- Keep a copy of records of participants who have attended meetings for you;
- Work with OTA Specialist on how to present projects;
- Submit Professional Growth Collaborative Facilitator Log;
- Submit a Professional Growth Collaborative Facilitator self evaluation.
