Summary of Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide timely and professional customer service to Watts Steam Store customers, while also supporting Watts Steam Store sales through effective communication and excellent organization and time management skills.
Job Duties Include:
Skills/Qualifications:
· Excellent Customer Service (people skills)
· Strong Communication Skills (written & verbal)
· Ability to problem solve
· Proficient with computers
· Basic product knowledge of pressure washers, waste oil heaters, air compressors and fluid power – preferred
· Take Ownership of Responsibilities
· Motivated with the ability to work independently as-well-as within the team
· Manage Multiple Priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to multi-task
· Works well under pressure
· Goal oriented and dedication to excellence
