Ability to use a cash register and count currency. Ability to read and follow simple instructions to input debit and credit transactions, food coupons and vouchers. Ability to use a telephone. Ability to hear and speak clearly. Knowledge of alcohol awareness. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food. Ability to perform assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
