Position: Extended School Year (ESY) School Nurse, Secondary (Summer 2024)

Location: Watertown High School

Dates: July 1, 2024 - August 8, 2024 (Mondays - Thursdays) 

June 27th - Preparation date

Time: 7:45am - 12:30pm

Compensation: Nurse: $42.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct service and treatment when needed

• Follow related Health Plans

• Communication with parents and staff regarding medical issues

• Respond to daily building-based nursing needs 

• Data monitoring and reporting

• Provide support to field trips as needed

• Attend pre-program training.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

• Experience delivering services to preschool, elementary, and/or secondary preferred

• Experience collaborating with colleagues

• Experience reading IEPs and Health Plans

• Current CPR & First Aid training

Qualifications:

• Nursing Licensure
