Job Summary

The Senior Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day investor relations and marketing efforts across both existing and prospective investors and consultants.

Your Impact and Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing materials (fact sheets, case studies, pitch books) to market the Company and its capabilities.
  • Analyzes and translates internal data and market intelligence into narratives to highlight the Company’s competitive advantages.
  • Responsible for due diligence efforts through preparation and coordination of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), tracks record materials and any ad hoc data requests.
  • Responsible for compiling and maintaining approved responses, and drafts, while coordinating new responses and approvals from subject matter experts.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and special investor reports and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Leads and collaborates with external consultant on the coordination and reporting of the Company’s ESG results across investor/consultant requests.
  • Collaborate on tracking of firm-wide information such as assets under management, transaction activity, deal and firm level performance and capital raise
  • Support management of fundraising and reporting data room to ensure proper user access and updates.
  • Support on-going investor relations for existing investors and onboarding experience.
  • Other projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring- Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ideally a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an investor relations and/or fundraising support role at an investment management firm, preferably in real estate or private equity or at a placement agency in a project management role 
  • Intermediate to advanced skillset with Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Familiarity and an eye for presentation aesthetics, design capabilities a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment while remaining positive, flexible, and efficient
  • Ability to look at the big-picture, focused on tactical aspects of the job, with an emphasis on schedule and quality
