Opportunity at a Glance
Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, the Senior Sanager, Investor Relations (IR) will primarily support the development and implementation of a pro-active investor relations program, ultimately contributing to the positioning of Adtalem to the investment and broader financial community, to obtain a fair equity market valuation. The senior manager will have a high degree of cross-functional collaboration within the organization by partnering closely with communications, finance, accounting, legal, strategy as well as with institutional level leadership teams. Further, providing feedback to our executive team as a source of competitive intelligence. The position requires a high degree of interest and the ability to delve into Adtalem's institutions and Growth with Purpose strategy as well as higher education and healthcare industries. A successful candidate will be passionate about connecting macro-economic, industry, and company specific factors into fundamental equity valuation to concisely communicate Adtalem's investment thesis to the investment community.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77996.84 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
