General Description: We are looking for a fun, creative, energetic Marketing Assistant to support the Director of Marketing. The Marketing Assistant is a part time role (approx. 20-30 hours per week) responsible for supporting, planning, and coordinating marketing campaigns and events that will engage our team and clients. This includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

• Organizing events and campaigns; including working with vendors, setting up locations, providing communication to our team, and follow up evaluation
• Creates content, graphics, and videos for social media and blog posts
• Ability to train and oversee team members to help with special events
• Assists with other projects and philanthropic events as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and grammar
• Demonstrated planning and time management skills; including ability to stay fluid and pivot plans as necessary
• Ability to work independently with some flexibility in schedule- some evening and weekend availability required
• Photography/video experience preferred
• Experience with Social Media platforms; including making videos
• Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva
• Understanding of branding guidelines
• Reliable transportation to travel within Tampa Bay Area
